Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other percussive instruments we harness the power of vibration to journey through the subconscious mind for emotional reprocessing and higher self embodiment.

I've been there. I spent countless years quieting myself to fit into what I saw in the world around me. I was out of alignment, unhappy, and stuck.
Then I finally closed my eyes. I noticed that the distractions faded and I could drop into listening. I was taken on a journey that helped me reconnect with my intuition. As I continued to (deeply) listen in ways I had never before, everything in my life shifted. I was healing, I was embodied, and for the first time I felt as if I could dance like nobody's watching.
